This blog is mainly concerned with the old time square rigged sailing ships before the age of steam. I have decided to concentrate on mainly wooden hulled ships. Steel hulled ships do not seem to appeal to me very greatly. There is some sort of mystique and romance about a wooden hulled sailing ship that appeals to me. I do not know why, but there it is.
